The National Chamber Foundation has selected China: The Balance Sheet for their 2007 "Top Ten Books that Drive the Debate" book list. The National Chamber Foundation (NCF) is an independent think tank associated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The list serves to identify books that help industry leaders understand the challenges we face and is composed with consultation by Foundation Fellows, industry specialists, and Chamber staff.
